200X pressure reducing valve
The 200X pressure reducing valve is a hydraulic control valve used in parallel fire and domestic water supply systems. It achieves pressure regulation through self control of the pilot valve and can stabilize the outlet pressure without the need for external energy.

1. Product definition and functionality
Core function: In the parallel system of fire protection and domestic water supply, the domestic water supply is automatically cut off in case of a fire to ensure the fire protection water supply. After the fire protection is stopped, the domestic water supply is restored, saving the construction cost of a separate fire protection pipeline network.
Control method: The hydraulic control system consists of a main valve, a pilot valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, etc. The main valve opening is dynamically adjusted by setting the pressure through the pilot valve spring to maintain stable outlet pressure.

Pressure range: nominal pressure PN10~PN16 (1.0~1.6MPa), adjustable outlet pressure range 0.2~1.6MPa.

5. Installation and maintenance
Installation requirements:
Horizontal installation, a Y-shaped filter (to prevent impurities from clogging) needs to be installed in front of the valve.
The direction of the arrow on the valve body is consistent with the water flow, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is ≥ 0.2MPa.
Working Principle:
1. Pressure holding valve: When the pressure relief/holding pressure pilot valve is adjusted to the holding pressure state, as long as the inlet water pressure of the main valve is lower than the set value of the pilot valve, the pilot valve will close. The main control room is pressurized and the main valve is closed. When the upstream water supply pressure of the main valve exceeds the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pressure holding pilot valve can be opened. The water in the control room is discharged to the outlet through the ball valve, and the pressure reducing main valve in the control room opens to start water supply, which maintains the upstream water pressure. When used as a pressure holding valve, the ball valve C should be normally closed or replaced with a plug.
2. As a pressure relief valve: When the pressure relief/holding pilot valve is adjusted to the pressure relief state, water flows through the needle valve, main valve control room, ball valve A, pressure relief/holding pilot valve, and ball valve B to the outlet, and the main valve is in the open state at this time. When the inlet pressure exceeds the safety value set by the pressure relief/holding valve, the pressure relief valve will automatically open and release some water through ball valve C to relieve the pressure in the pipeline. When the pressure returns to a safe value, the pressure relief valve automatically closes. When making a pressure relief valve, all ball valves are normally open.
