Overview of 800X Differential Pressure Control Valve
The 800X differential pressure control valve is a hydraulic control valve used in central air conditioning, industrial circulating water, and water supply systems. It stabilizes the system pressure difference by automatically adjusting the bypass flow rate, protecting equipment such as water pumps and heat exchangers from pressure fluctuations and damage. Its core functions are:
Stable pressure difference: Control the system pressure difference within the set range (usually 0.05~0.6MPa), with an error of ≤± 5%.
Passive regulation: driven by the pressure difference of the medium itself, without the need for external power.
Overload protection: When the pressure difference exceeds 1.5 times the set value, it will automatically fully open the bypass for pressure relief.

Application scenarios
Central air conditioning system: Balance the pressure difference between the supply and return pipes to prevent damage to the main unit due to low flow.
Industrial circulating water: Stabilize the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger to avoid equipment overload.
Fire life parallel water supply: Cut off domestic water supply in case of fire, prioritize ensuring fire water supply.
