900XEmergency shut-off valve
Overview of 900X emergency shut-off valve
900X emergency shut-off valve is a safety control valve used in fire protection, water supply, and industrial systems. It is triggered by electrical or pressure signals to quickly close, preventing medium backflow or system overpressure.
Its core functions include:
Emergency shutdown: Response time ≤ 3 seconds, supports remote control (AC220V/DC24V).
Anti backflow protection: Built in check function to prevent medium backflow from damaging the equipment.
Multi scenario adaptation: suitable for fire protection systems, high-rise building water supply, and chemical pipelines.
Technical parameters and structure
Parameter Description
Nominal diameter DN50~DN600 (some models extended to DN800)
Pressure rating 1.0~2.5MPa (shell test pressure 1.5 times nominal pressure)
Applicable media: water, sewage, oil (temperature 0~80 ℃)
Material valve body: cast iron/stainless steel (304/316L); Sealing element: EPDM/fluororubber
Structural features:
Double diaphragm design: The main valve is linked with the pilot valve, and the closing speed is adjustable.
Manual reset: After emergency shutdown, manual operation is required to restore.
Application scenarios
Fire protection system: Cut off non fire water supply in case of fire to ensure the pressure of fire water supply.
Industrial pipelines: emergency pressure relief protection for chemical and petroleum pipelines.
High rise buildings: prevent pump shutdown water hammer and medium backflow.
Installation and maintenance
Installation requirements:
Horizontal installation, with the valve body arrow aligned with the direction of water flow.
A Y-shaped filter (accuracy ≤ 0.5mm) needs to be installed in front of the valve.
Maintenance suggestion:
Check the seals and solenoid valve coils every 6 months.
