1、 Structural characteristics
Compact design
By using a multi spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator or a compact electric actuator, the volume and weight are reduced by about 30% compared to traditional control valves. The valve body channel is designed with an S-shaped streamline, reducing pressure drop loss while increasing flow coefficient by 30%.
Noise reduction and stability
Sleeve type structures (such as HCN type) achieve multi-stage pressure reduction through symmetrical small holes, which can reduce the noise generated by high-pressure gas to below 30dB; The design of the guiding wing further optimizes fluid stability.
Sealing and leakage control
The soft seal valve core is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene material, and the leakage rate can reach ANSI B16.104 Level VI standard (close to zero leakage); The leakage rate of the metal valve seat is less than 0.01% of the rated Cv.
