1、 Product Definition and Types
FBGX valve usually refers to a type of flange butterfly valve, belonging to the centerline butterfly valve, using flange connection method, suitable for water treatment, industrial pipelines and other scenarios. Its core features include:
Simple structure: composed of only a few parts, it can be quickly opened and closed by rotating 90 °.
Sealing design: The valve seat is made of synthetic rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite material, which combines elasticity and wear resistance.

Material and pressure
Valve body material: ductile iron, stainless steel (such as 304/316).
Nominal pressure: commonly PN10/PN16 (1.0-1.6MPa).
Applicable media: non corrosive fluids such as water and air.
Size range
Diameter (DN): Covering DN15-DN2000, some manufacturers support customization.
Connection method: flange type (RF/FF surface), in accordance with the national standard GB12235.
