HC276 ball valve
HC276 Hastelloy (nickel based corrosion-resistant alloy) has the following key advantages:
Corrosion resistance
Containing molybdenum (15% -17%), chromium (15% -16.5%), and tungsten (3% -4.5%) elements, it can resist strong corrosive media such as chloride ions, acetic acid, and concentrated salt water, especially suitable for high chloride environments (such as seawater desalination concentrated salt water with a chloride ion concentration of 60000ppm).
The resistance to pitting and intergranular corrosion is significantly better than that of 316L stainless steel, and it remains stable in acidic media at high temperatures (200-300 ℃).
High temperature adaptability
Capable of withstanding extreme temperature differences from -196 ℃ to+80 ℃ (with some manufacturers claiming an upper limit of 300 ℃), suitable for high-temperature conditions in liquefied natural gas (LNG) transportation and catalytic systems.
