Pump room valve group update and renovation
This project is the renovation of the valve group in the water supply pump room of the water plant, aiming to improve the operational efficiency and safety of the water supply pump room and ensure stable water supply. Three electric butterfly valves, three check valves, and three expansion joints need to be replaced to meet the operational needs of the water plant.
1. Equipment supply: Provide 3 brand new electric butterfly valves, 3 check valves, and 3 expansion joints that meet national standards. Electric butterfly valves have remote control and precise adjustment functions, check valves effectively prevent water backflow, and expansion joints compensate for pipeline thermal expansion and contraction.
2. Installation and commissioning: Responsible for valve group installation and commissioning, ensuring normal operation, providing installation plans and schedules.
3. After sales service: Provide a certain period of warranty service, respond to repair needs in a timely manner, provide operation training and technical support.
4. The warranty period shall be at least 12 months (based on the date of the acceptance certificate). During this period, if there are any quality issues with the subject matter itself, the winning bidder shall be responsible for replacing it. The replacement costs incurred shall be borne by the winning bidder.
5. The quality requirements shall comply with the quality standards and acceptance specifications issued by the state, as well as the technical requirements of the bidding documents for this project.
8、 Technical requirements
8.1 Technical documents for silent check valve
8.1.1 Product Usage
Silent check valve (hereinafter referred to as check valve) is commonly known as a nozzle check valve in foreign countries, and is also known as an axial flow check valve or a flow guide quick closing check valve in China. The check valve is mainly composed of a valve body (adopting a split structure), valve disc, valve seat, flow guide body, spring group, etc. Suitable for water supply and drainage, fire protection, HVAC, chemical, power plant, metallurgy, petrochemical and other systems, it can be installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to the water pump.
8.1.2 Technical Requirements
1. Type: Axial flow check valve (guide type quick closing check valve)
2. Check valve nominal diameter: DN300~DN900, nominal diameter should comply with the provisions of GB/T1047;
3. Check valve nominal pressure: PN10, PN16, PN25, nominal pressure should comply with the provisions of GB/T1048;
4. Connection type of check valve: flange connection, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17241.6 and GB/T17241.7 or GB/T9113.1 connection standards;
5. The structural length complies with GB/T21387 axial flow check valve (excluding DN450);
6. Manufacturing standards for check valves: GB/T21387 axial flow check valves or CJ/T255
8.1.3、性能特点
1.止回阀内部水流通道采用流线型设计,水流可从阀瓣内外侧同时流过,后端的导流体可使水流几乎无紊流现象;
2.止回阀需采用无轴设计,由弹簧和簧片组件在阀瓣周向均匀支撑,使阀瓣在启闭行程中无摩擦,杜绝由此引起的内件磨损,从而大大降低维修机率;
3.止回阀阀瓣采用环状结构设计,极大的减轻了阀瓣的重量,且阀瓣面垂直于流动方向设计具关闭行程短,同时在弹簧组的作用下,阀瓣可达快速关闭而不造成压力的波动,一般静态关闭时间为0.15s~0.5s,从而保证在运行中速闭减小倒流速度,防止运行中巨大水锤及水击声,形成静音效果;
4. 根据CJ/T255中的规定,止回阀最小开启压力应在1.5KPa~2.5 KPa,全开流速≤1.2m/s(一般流速在2.5m/s时水损不超过30cm),全开流阻系数ξ应不大于0.8;
5.弹簧:应根据最小开启压力来设计,弹簧应按GB/T1239.6圆柱螺旋弹簧I级弹簧的设计要求(循环载荷≥106次),保证弹簧寿命;
6.止回阀阀体上应有标明水流方向的箭头指示。

8.1.6、检验
为保证所提供静音式止回阀符合工程要求,供货方需于交货前进行规定检验,检验应符合GB/T21387轴流式止回阀或CJ/T255 导流式速闭止回阀。
8.1.7 涂装、包装及贮运
1.阀体内外表面要进行喷砂处理,以除去铁锈、水分及油等杂质。
2.逆止阀内外部应采用无毒环氧树脂粉体涂装,防止生锈和流体腐蚀,然后阀体外表面颜色采用土耳其蓝(色号1-46)。
3.涂层应光滑均匀无缺陷,涂料干后不溶解于水,不影响水质,并不因空气温度变化而分解。
4.涂层厚度应达0.2㎜以上,对于长期浸泡在水的工况,外表涂层厚度应采用不小于250的涂装μm。粉末涂料必须经过检测,符合饮用水卫生要求。
5.阀门的包装及贮运应符合标准JB/T7928的规定。
8.2电动双法兰全密封蝶阀技术文件
8.2.1用途:
用于原水系统、清水系统、污水系统、电厂、钢铁厂、建筑及工业管路中,做为双向启闭或调节使用。
8.2.2依据标准:
生产供货产品符合CJ/T 261 《给水排水用蝶阀》版本中所有規定。
8.2.3结构及性能要求:
符合CJ/T 261 《给水排水用蝶阀》版本的法兰连接偏心式软密封
阀 瓣:采用流线型框架结构流道式设计;
阀 座:采用整体不锈钢阀座;
密 封:采用具有自密封功能的软密封形式,关闭时蝶板和阀座密封性能良好;
密封圈:采用整体嵌入式固定。有一定的嵌入自由度,能在一定范围内自身调节密封,实现双向密封,保证零泄漏。为保证密封的可靠性,不接受密封圈以压板通过螺钉固定在阀瓣上(可提供证明此结构的图片为证)
连接销:采用锥型退拔销,且销的位置在阀轴的边缘,不得在阀轴的中心位置以保证阀轴的强度(可提供证明此结构的图片为证)
轴密封:阀轴的密封选择可靠、耐久的轴封材料和形式,密封填料采用“V”型密封圈,运行中摩擦阻力小且不需要注油;在更换填料时,不拆除阀体及操作机构的任何部件。可以通过调整压紧螺钉来补偿V型圈的磨损,即可恢复其优异的密封性能。
轴 承:采用有自润滑的青铜材料制成,这种材料对水与橡胶不产生有害影响。轴承与阀轴的连接,能保证轴承有很好的性能。在最大的压力负荷下,轴承运转时磨擦系数不超过0.25;
扭 矩:在蝶阀关紧和打开的瞬间,施于手轮上的操作力不可超过45kg;
操作机:采用蜗轮蜗杆操作机,其防水防护等级达到IP67等级;
8.2.4材质要求:
阀 体:球墨铸铁QT450-10;符合 GB/T12227《通用阀门 球墨铸铁件技术条件》版本的要求。
阀 瓣:球墨铸铁QT500-7或QT450-10;符合 GB/T12227《通用阀门 球墨铸铁件技术条件》版本的要求。
阀 座:整圈不锈钢0Cr18Ni9;符合GB/T20878《不锈钢和耐热钢》版本的要求。
密封圈:NR或EPDM橡胶。符合《GB/T21873 橡胶密封件 给、排水管及污水管道用接口密封圈 材料规范》版本的要求。
退拔销:不锈钢1Cr17Ni2;符合GB∕T1220《不锈钢棒》版本的要求。
轴密封:V型密封NBR橡胶。符合《GB/T21873 橡胶密封件 给、排水管及污水管道用接口密封圈 材料规范》版本的要求。
