Frictionless opening and closing mechanism
The valve stem drives the ball through a spiral track. When opened, the ball first retracts axially and disengages from the valve seat, and then rotates 90 °; Reverse operation when closing, with no contact on the sealing surface throughout the entire process, reducing wear and tear.
The eccentric spiral guide rail (such as a 90 ° spiral groove) is matched with the guide pin to achieve precise positioning of the sphere and compression of the sealing surface.

2、 Working principle
Opening process
The valve stem spirals upwards, the ball moves axially backwards and disengages from the valve seat, rotates 90 ° to the fully open position, and the fluid channel is completely unobstructed.
Closing process
After the ball rotates 90 ° in reverse to reset, the valve stem descends and applies mechanical pressure, causing the ball to tightly press against the valve seat and form a seal.
