Fluorine lined pneumatic control valve

衬氟气动调节阀 is an automated valve specifically designed for controlling highly corrosive media, combining pneumatic actuators and fluoroplastic lining technology. Its core features and applications are as follows:
1、 Core Features
Strong corrosion resistance
The inner cavity of the valve body, valve core, valve seat, and valve stem are all coated with 2.5-3mm thick polytetrafluoroethylene (F46/FEP) or PFA material, which can resist strong corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, and chloride ion penetration.
Double sealed structure
Bellows sealing: The valve stem is sealed with PTFE bellows, completely eliminating the risk of medium leakage;
Soft sealed valve core: The valve core and valve seat have a soft sealed structure, with a leakage rate lower than the VI level standard (close to zero leakage).
Compact actuator
Equipped with a multi spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator, it is small in size, light in weight, and supports positive/negative action modes (pneumatic open or pneumatic closed).
High precision adjustment
The flow characteristics can be selected as linear or equal percentage, suitable for 4-20mA signal control, with fast response speed, and suitable for fine adjustment of small openings.
2、 Applicable working conditions of fluorine lined pneumatic control valve
Medium type: corrosive liquids/gases such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali, etc;
Temperature range: -40 ℃ to 180 ℃ (F46 lining is limited to 150 ℃, PFA lining can reach 180 ℃);
Pressure rating: PN0.6-2.5 (Class150LB), caliber DN20-DN300.
3、 Selection precautions
Avoid hard particle media: to prevent wear of the fluorine lining layer, optional Hastelloy valve core and seat;
Control temperature and pressure:
Long term use temperature ≤ 150 ℃ (F46) or 180 ℃ (PFA);
The sealing structure of the corrugated pipe needs to limit the pressure difference to avoid rupture;
Prohibition of negative pressure conditions: Negative pressure in pipelines may cause the fluorine lining to detach;
Accurate calculation of flow coefficient: Excessive diameter can easily cause valve vibration and stem fracture.
