1、 Core structure and working principle
Basic Definition
Electric butterfly valves achieve the opening and closing or flow regulation of pipeline media by rotating the circular butterfly plate around the valve axis, with a rotation angle of 0 ° (fully closed) to 90 ° (fully open).
Drive mode: The valve stem rotation is controlled by an electric actuator (angular travel), supporting switch type (direct power control) or adjustable type (receiving 4-20mA signals).
Sealing type:
Soft seal: using rubber/polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring, low leakage rate, suitable for working conditions ≤ 120 ℃;
Hard seal: Metal valve seat (such as stainless steel overlay alloy), resistant to high temperatures up to 450 ℃.
Core components
Valve body: Materials include ductile iron, stainless steel (304/316L), duplex steel or engineering plastic (PVC/CPVC), with corrosion resistance suitable for different media.
Butterfly plate: disc-shaped design, simple midline structure, eccentric type (double eccentric/triple eccentric) reduces friction and extends service life.
Execution mechanism: Integrated electric head, supports manual priority mode (can be manually operated when power is off).
