However, the solenoid valve cannot meet this requirement.

Parallel double gate design
The double gate is preloaded by springs or horizontally compressed by track mechanisms, ensuring reliable bi-directional sealing. After wear, it can automatically compensate for the sealing gap.
The sealing surface of the gate is made of cobalt chromium tungsten hard alloy plasma spray welding or ceramic material (such as Z944TW type), which has strong wear and corrosion resistance and is suitable for high wear media such as ash and mineral powder.
The electric actuator integrates a motor, gearbox, and worm gear transmission, with a large output torque and supports remote control (PLC/DCS system) and 4-20mA intelligent signal feedback.
Equipped with torque control mechanism and manual/electric switching device, it can be switched to manual operation when power is off.
