1、 Structural principle
Four eccentric design
Axial/radial composite eccentricity: In addition to the traditional three eccentricities (valve stem deviation from the center of the butterfly plate, valve body center, and sealing surface cone angle deviation), a fourth eccentricity (such as a dynamic floating valve shaft structure) is added to achieve self-adjusting sealing contact force when the butterfly plate is closed, reducing friction and wear.
Sealing enhancement: The four eccentric structure upgrades the butterfly plate and valve seat from linear sealing to surface contact sealing, maintaining uniform force under high pressure and achieving a leakage level of VI (ANSI standard).
Electric actuator
Equipped with intelligent adjustable actuators (such as angular displacement electric devices), supporting 4-20mA signal feedback, with a control accuracy of ± 0.5 °.
The protection level reaches IP67/IP68, suitable for harsh working conditions such as flammability and humidity.
