The working principle and core components of the electrically adjustable butterfly valve are analyzed as follows:
1、 Basic working principle
Electric drive control
By receiving power signals (such as 220V voltage or 4-20mA control signals) through electric actuators, the valve stem is driven to rotate, and the butterfly plate is driven to rotate around the axis, achieving the opening, closing, or flow regulation of the valve.
Angle adjustment and flow control
The rotation angle of the butterfly plate (usually 0 ° -90 °) determines the opening degree. When fully open, the butterfly plate is parallel to the pipeline, and when fully closed, it is perpendicular. By changing the angle, the flow rate of the medium can be precisely adjusted.
Limit feedback mechanism
The limit switch monitors the number of rotations of the spindle, calculates the degree of butterfly plate opening and closing, and automatically cuts off the motor power when it reaches the set position to prevent overload.
