Electric regulating ball valve is a valve device used for industrial automation process control, which adjusts and cuts off the medium by driving the ball to rotate through an electric actuator
1. Its core components consist of a ball valve body and an electric actuator, supporting remote control input signals (such as 4-20mA DC or 220V AC) for precise operation. 1、 Working principle
The electric regulating ball valve is designed based on a 90 ° rotational motion. The ball rotates around the axis under the drive of the valve stem, and the flow rate and pressure of the medium are adjusted by changing the opening angle of the ball.
The valve core of the V-shaped ball valve has a special notch that can generate shear force to cut off fiber or granular media, achieving self-cleaning and preventing jamming, with an adjustment ratio of up to 200:1.
The track adjustment ball valve adopts a pre tensioned spring seat. When the ball is opened and closed, it first disengages from the sealing surface and then rotates to ensure zero friction and bidirectional sealing. It is suitable for high-pressure large-diameter pipelines.

Structural advantages:
Small size, light weight, easy installation, low driving torque, high flow capacity, and low pressure loss.
The sealing forms include elastic seals (such as polytetrafluoroethylene) and metal hard seals, the latter of which is resistant to high temperatures (up to 500 ℃) and can leak up to level IV (hard seal) or level VI (soft seal).
Integrated direct connection actuator design, no need for additional servo amplifiers, supports single-phase or DC power drive.

Nominal pressure: 1.6~6.4MPa, applicable temperature range -60 ℃ to 500 ℃.
