Vacuum control capability
Installed at the inlet of the mechanical vacuum pump or vacuum pipeline, the pipeline is quickly connected and disconnected through electromagnetic drive to prevent medium backflow from contaminating the system, and supports pump valve linkage control.
Power outage protection design: In the event of a sudden power outage, the valve core automatically closes the vacuum channel based on atmospheric pressure difference, while inflating the pump to prevent oil backflow.
Low temperature tolerance performance
Suitable for temperatures as low as -196 ℃, specifically designed for ultra-low temperature media such as liquid nitrogen, ammonia, and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Using stainless steel valve bodies (such as 316/316L) and special low-temperature resistant sealing materials (such as PTFE, metal seals) to ensure reliable sealing and zero leakage under extreme temperatures.

Pressure range: up to -0.1MPa on the vacuum side and up to 70MPa on the positive pressure side (depending on the model).
Leakage rate: The vacuum valve leakage rate is less than 6.5 × 10 ⁻ 2 Pa · L/s, and the low-temperature valve can achieve zero leakage.
