断电复位电动蝶阀is a special electric valve that can automatically switch the valve to the preset position (fully open or fully closed) in case of power failure, mainly used in industrial scenarios that require emergency safety control. Its core features and technical details are as follows:
1、 Working principle and technical implementation
Power off reset mechanism
By storing electrical energy through the built-in supercapacitor or battery of the actuator, the energy is released to drive the valve to the preset safe position (fully open or fully closed) when the power is cut off.
Some models use a spring reset mechanism, which relies on the spring force to push the valve back to its original position after the power is cut off.
The reset direction (on/off) can be preset at the factory, and some devices support adjustment through internal switches of the actuator.
Control system
Using alternating current (AC220V/AC380V) or direct current (DC24V) as the power source, receive switch signals or analog signals (such as 4-20mA) to control valve action.
Equipped with manual backup function, it can intervene manually when the capacitor is low.
