Fluorine lined butterfly valve
The clamped fluorine butterfly valve is a valve designed specifically for corrosive media. It adopts a clamped connection, and the valve body and butterfly plate are lined with corrosion-resistant materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE/F46). It is suitable for strong acid and alkali environments such as chemical, petroleum, and sewage treatment.
Structural Design
Connection method: Clamp on installation, saving space, suitable for scenarios with short pipeline spacing.
Sealing performance: The valve seat is made of PTFE or PFA material, with a temperature resistance range of -30 ℃ to 140 ℃ and bidirectional sealing.
Drive mode: supports manual (worm gear/handle), pneumatic, and electric operation.
Material and specifications
Valve body material: Carbon steel (WCB), stainless steel (304/316) or plastic lined treatment.
Pressure rating: commonly PN16 (1.6MPa), some models support higher pressure.
Diameter range: DN50-DN600, some manufacturers can customize up to DN700.
