Exhaust gas valve
Air volume regulating valve: controls exhaust gas flow and balances pipeline pressure (manual/electric/pneumatic optional).
Explosion proof valve: It automatically releases pressure when the system pressure exceeds the standard, and the material should be corrosion-resistant (such as stainless steel).
High temperature valve: suitable for incinerators and high-temperature flue gas (made of 310S stainless steel or ceramic).
Ventilation valve
Ventilation butterfly valve:
Four link type: reduces opening and closing torque by 40%, increases sealing life by 3 times, suitable for large diameters (DN ≥ 800).
Ordinary type: Low cost, but prone to wear and tear (made of carbon steel/stainless steel material).
Multi page air valve: rectangular air duct flow regulation, supporting electric/pneumatic drive.
Dust removal valve
Insert valve/flip valve:
Manual type: used for ash hopper maintenance (screw/handle operation).
Pneumatic/electric type: automatic ash discharge control (double-layer design to prevent air channeling).
