Groove rubber flap check valve
Overview of Groove Rubber Disc Check Valve
Groove rubber flap check valve (models such as H84X, HC44X) is a one-way valve connected by clamps (grooves), which achieves one-way flow control of the medium through the elastic sealing of the rubber flap. It is widely used in fire protection, water supply and drainage, and industrial pipeline systems. Its core functions are anti backflow, low flow resistance, and wear resistance, especially suitable for media containing particles or fibers.
Main types and characteristics
H84X type
Structure: Ductile iron valve body+nitrile rubber flap, full channel design, flow resistance coefficient ≤ 0.3.
Advantages: Quick installation of clamp connection, strong corrosion resistance, suitable for sewage, fire water and other scenarios.
HC44X type
Technology: Tilted sealing ring design, short closing time (≤ 0.5 seconds), reduces water hammer pressure.
Material: The valve disc is made of rubber and steel plate composite compression, which is resistant to erosion and has a sealing life of up to 1 million times.
