Sealing design
The sealing surface of the valve seat and gate plate is made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy overlay, which is wear-resistant and high temperature resistant (applicable temperature ≤ 570 ℃)
The middle chamber adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure without a valve cover to ensure sealing performance under high pressure conditions
Material and Strength
The valve body material can be selected from WCB carbon steel and WC6/WC9 chromium molybdenum steel (such as 12Cr1MoV), meeting the pressure requirements of PN16.0~50.0MPa
The valve stem has undergone quenching and nitriding treatment, making it highly corrosion-resistant and scratch resistant

4、 Key points for installation and maintenance
Welding installation
When welding, keep the valve open and protect the neck with a damp cloth to prevent the seal from being damaged by heat
Operating standards
Do not use the force lever when closing. After the gate is completely closed, the handwheel should rotate half a turn to ensure a floating state
Regular maintenance
Lubricating grease needs to be injected into the grease injection joint. When it is not in use for a long time, the gate should be kept closed and placed in a dry environment
