Control system architecture
Control mode:
Split type control: It needs to be equipped with a KXBC series dedicated control box (such as KXB-8/660 (380) DZ type), supporting "on-site/remote control" switching and PLC/DCS system integration.
Integrated intelligent control: Integrated explosion-proof electric device (such as ZJK/ZBK type), built-in 485 communication interface, no need for external control box.
Signal compatibility:
Remote control mode supports 24V switch signals (jog/continuous control) or 4-20mA analog signals (adjustable type).
Security protection mechanism
Multiple protection: equipped with short circuit, overload, undervoltage, leakage, over torque, and phase failure protection functions.

Wiring specification: It is necessary to connect the torque switch contacts (TSO/TSC), travel switch contacts (LSO1/LSC1), and potentiometer signals of the electric device.
Initial debugging: Manually open the valve to the half open position, verify the motor phase sequence before powering on to prevent equipment damage.
