Gate structure
Using two parallel gate plates, the valve seat is horizontally compressed by spring preload or track mechanism to achieve bidirectional sealing; After wear, the spring can automatically compensate for the sealing gap.
Innovative design such as sealing sleeve+relief valve plate combination (inlet seal), isolation medium and valve core components, reducing corrosion and impurity blockage, and convenient replacement of sealing materials.
Drive and transmission
Manual/electric/pneumatic options available:
Electric type (such as Z944TW) integrated worm gear transmission, supporting remote control (PLC/DCS) and 4-20mA signal feedback;
The pneumatic type is equipped with dual cylinders to enhance thrust and avoid single cylinder jamming.
Standard manual electric switching device, which can be switched to manual operation when power is off.
Anti wear technology

Ceramic sealing surface: suitable for high wear media such as ash and mineral powder, with wear resistance far exceeding that of metal materials;
Purging mechanism: patented design (such as blowing pipeline+sealing ring), removes impurities from the valve chamber, and prevents gate wear.
2、 Working principle
Opening and closing process: The valve stem drives the double gate to vertically lift and lower. When fully opened, the flow channel is straight through (with nearly zero flow resistance). When fully closed, the spring force makes the gate tightly adhere to the sealing surface of the valve seat.
Partial opening is prohibited: Partial opening can easily cause eddy currents on the back of the gate, leading to erosion and vibration of the sealing surface. It is only suitable for use in fully open/fully closed conditions.
