It mainly consists of submersible motors, enclosed hydraulic systems, bladder type hydraulic breathing apparatus, travel switches, gate valves, etc. It has the characteristics of underwater use and remote control. Without a screw nut rotating motion pair, the linear motion of the oil cylinder has the characteristics of opening force greater than closing force, hydraulic overload protection, etc., to avoid phenomena such as motor blockage, gate wedge and screw top bending.
Connect the power supply to start the gate valve, and the electric motor drives the hydraulic pump to work. The hydraulic pump drives the oil cylinder to perform reciprocating linear motion through a differential hydraulic system, thereby opening and closing the gate valve through the oil cylinder gate valve connection device. When the gate valve is opened to the desired position, the hydraulic system has an overload protection to ensure the safe operation of the gate valve, without causing valve stem bending, gate valve wedging, and other phenomena.
