1、 Structure and Working Principle
Drive mode
Pneumatic actuator: By driving the vertical lifting and lowering of the valve stem through the movement of the piston inside the cylinder, the gate can be opened and closed; The dual cylinder design (such as Z644H type) enhances the opening and closing force, avoiding the problem of single cylinder jamming.
Manual backup mechanism: In case of gas source failure, switch the handle to engage the opening and closing nut with the screw, and operate the valve through the handwheel.
Gate sealing structure
Parallel double gate design: The double gate is tightly pressed against the cover surface by spring pre tensioning or track mechanism to prevent medium erosion and wear (such as the anti-wear patented structure with collision block and spring).
