The pneumatic three piece ball valve consists of three parts of the valve body (left valve body, right valve body, and middle valve body) connected by bolts, including a sphere, a valve stem, and a pneumatic actuator. It drives the actuator through compressed air to rotate the sphere 90 degrees to achieve opening and closing or flow regulation.
Key design:
Three piece valve body: easy to disassemble and maintain, internal parts can be replaced without dismantling the pipeline.
Sealing scheme: Optional PTFE soft seal (suitable for ≤ 150 ℃) or metal hard seal (for high temperature/high pressure conditions).
