Product Introduction
The pneumatic three-way gas switching valve is an ideal equipment for controlling gas recovery and release in the flue gas purification and gas recovery system of the chamber converter. It has a reasonable structure, reliable sealing, easy operation, good dust resistance, long service life, adopts pneumatic transmission, is equipped with boring signal output components, and can be centrally controlled remotely.

1. Body part: It mainly consists of a three-way body and two butterfly valves with identical structure and performance. The butterfly valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a butterfly plate, a valve shaft, a sealing ring, etc.
2. Execution agency; It is mainly composed of cylinders, rocker arms, connecting rods, and limit proximity switches.
3. Mechanical interlocking: The power cylinder and connecting rod mechanism ensure the synchronous movement of the two butterfly valves, that is, when the butterfly valve is fully open, the other one is exactly fully closed. This interlocking mechanism has special importance in gas recovery.
4. This valve can be equipped with an automatic seat flushing device. If necessary, the user should specify it in the purchase contract.
5. According to the on-site installation conditions, valves should be supplied in types A and B.
In the converter flue gas purification and gas recovery system, a control cabinet is shared with the pneumatic bypass gas cut-off valve and the automatic gas water seal check valve to achieve system interlocking and automatic operation
