Fully lined fluorine pneumatic butterfly valve
Fully lined fluorine pneumatic butterfly valve is a corrosion-resistant valve with a valve body inner wall and butterfly plate completely lined with fluoroplastics (such as FEP, PFA, PTFE), which can be opened, closed or adjusted by driving the butterfly plate to rotate 90 ° through a pneumatic actuator. Its core advantages include:
Full fluorine lined design: Metal zero exposure, able to withstand corrosive media such as strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc. (except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine).
Low friction seal: The surface of the fluoroplastic lining is smooth, and it is matched with a multi-layer PTFE valve seat to achieve bi-directional zero leakage (ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class VI).
Quick response: Pneumatic drive (0.4-0.7 MPa gas source) has a short opening and closing time and supports precise adjustment of 4-20 mA signals.
