Sealing performance
Adopting a combination structure of soft T-shaped sealing rings and multi-layer stainless steel sheets, the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and soft sealing are achieved, and zero leakage can still be maintained during bidirectional medium transportation. Some models enhance their sealing performance by welding corrosion-resistant alloy materials onto inclined cone valve plates.
Corrosion resistant design
The valve body material can be selected from full copper nickel plating (such as TURLEE 4-point gas butterfly valve) or 304 stainless steel, suitable for humid and corrosive gas environments. EPDM or NBR rubber is commonly used for sealing rings, which have excellent weather resistance.
Drive mode
Supports manual, pneumatic, and electric control, with pneumatic models (such as D671X series) having fast response and suitable for frequent opening and closing scenarios; Manual models (such as butterfly stem valves) have lower costs.

3、 Selection suggestions
Household scenario: Recommended 4-point nickel plated butterfly valve or pressure reducing valve, balancing safety and cost-effectiveness.
Industrial scenario: Choose flange type metal sealed butterfly valves (such as D642 series), which are resistant to high temperature and high pressure and suitable for long-distance pipelines.
Corrosion medium: 304 stainless steel material is preferred, paired with EPDM sealing rings.
4、 Precautions
Before installation, it is necessary to confirm that the medium pressure matches the rated pressure of the valve.
Regularly check the wear of the sealing surface to avoid leakage caused by erosion.
