1、 Core Features and Working Principles
Double flange structure: The valve body is designed with flange plates at both ends, which are directly connected to the pipeline flange through bolts to ensure a stable and reliable overall structure. It is suitable for medium and high pressure pipeline systems (nominal pressure ≤ 2.5MPa).
Dual purpose flashlight drive: supports manual operation (handle, worm gear) and free switching of electric drive (IP54 protection level), and the electric device can achieve remote control and flow regulation; In emergency situations, manual operation is possible to ensure system reliability.
Sealing technology:
Soft sealing type: using rubber (such as NBR, EPDM) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) valve seats to achieve bi-directional zero leakage (ISO 5208A standard), suitable for water and weakly corrosive media.
Metal hard seal type: adopts double eccentric or triple eccentric structure (such as welded hard alloy valve seat), high temperature resistance (250 ℃), wear resistance, suitable for granular media and bidirectional high-pressure working conditions.
Bidirectional fluid control: The valve plate design supports forward and reverse medium flow without distinguishing installation directions.

Applicable temperature: Soft seal type: -30 ℃~120 ℃ (rubber)/150 ℃ (PTFE); Hard sealed type: -30 ℃~250 ℃.

Corrosion resistance: The valve body can be made of ductile iron, stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti), or duplex steel, and the inner cavity is coated with epoxy resin for corrosion resistance, suitable for acidic and alkaline environments (pH 4-9).
