Water control valve for steel mills
水量调节阀 Steel plant water control valve
The water volume regulating valve is an automatic control component used to regulate the water volume of water-cooled condensers and ensure stable condensing pressure. It controls the opening of valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves, and check valves by the difference between the tension force generated by the condensation pressure of refrigerant introduced into the bellows and the pre tension spring pressure. When the condensing pressure is low, the pre tensioning spring has sufficient pressure to lock the valve tightly.
The condensing pressure is directly proportional to the opening degree of the valve. When the condensation temperature rises, the opening of the valve increases accordingly. When the condensation temperature decreases, the opening of the valve decreases accordingly. When the condensation temperature drops to a certain level, the pre tensioning spring has sufficient pressure to lock the valve tightly.
