1. Working principle
Two step closing mechanism: When the medium flows back, the valve disc quickly closes 80% first, and the remaining 20% is slowly closed through the oil pressure slow closing system (slow closing time ≤ 60 seconds), effectively balancing the water hammer pressure.
Core components: composed of valve body, semi-circular valve disc, return spring, oil storage cylinder, and slow closing small cylinder group. The valve disc is driven to open by medium thrust, and the closing speed is controlled by the spring and hydraulic system in cooperation during backflow.

Pressure and diameter: nominal pressure 1.0-2.5MPa, diameter range DN40-DN1200, strength test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure.
