1、 Core structure and working principle
Composite valve disc design:
The valve disc is made of steel plate/steel rod as the substrate, with an outer layer of composite EPDM, NBR rubber or nylon reinforced rubber layer, which combines structural strength and elastic sealing performance.
The 45 ° tilt valve disc structure shortens the closing stroke and significantly reduces the water hammer impact pressure (closing time is reduced by 40% compared to traditional valves).
Unidirectional flow control:
Positive fluid pushes the valve disc open; When the fluid flows backwards, the valve disc automatically closes by its own weight/spring force, blocking the backflow.
Full flow cross-section: The flow channel is designed with no reduction in diameter, reducing resistance and avoiding impurity deposition.
