Biogas flame arrester
Biogas flame arresters (ZHQ-B, FPA, FPB) are safety devices used to prevent the spread of flames from flammable gases and flammable liquid vapors. A device that is generally installed in pipelines transporting flammable gases or on ventilated tanks to prevent the spread of flames (deflagration or detonation) from passing through, consisting of a flame arrester core, flame arrester shell, and accessories.
Biogas flame arresters are also commonly used in pipelines transporting flammable gases. If flammable gases are ignited, the gas flame will spread throughout the entire pipeline network. To prevent such danger from occurring, flame arresters should also be used. Flame arresters can also be used on pipelines with open flame equipment to prevent backfire accidents. But it cannot prevent the open flame combustion of flammable gases and liquids.
The corrugated filter element is supported by stainless steel, copper nickel alloy, aluminum or aluminum alloy. The corrugated flame arrester can prevent the violent flames of detonation and withstand the corresponding mechanical and thermal effects. It has low flow resistance and is easy to clean and replace.
Coal mine electric valves are widely used in industrial process automatic control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, chemical, teaching equipment, papermaking, and electricity.
