Basic Structure
Composed of a fixed cone, a movable valve sleeve (outer or inner sleeve), and a driving device, the flow rate is controlled by changing the annular flow area through axial movement of the valve sleeve.
Outer sleeve type: The valve sleeve is externally mounted, easy to maintain, and suitable for high pressure differential scenarios (such as DN200-2200mm, PN0.6-4.0MPa).
Internal sleeve type: The valve core is built-in, with a compact structure but high maintenance costs.
Energy dissipation mechanism
When water diffuses through a conical structure, it consumes kinetic energy through turbulence, rolling, and aeration, with an energy dissipation rate of up to 70% -90%.
The curved conical valve integrates an arc-shaped flow channel, which forcibly turns the water flow for pre energy dissipation, significantly reducing downstream impact and vibration.
