1、 Structural characteristics
Eccentric valve core design
The center of rotation of the valve core is eccentric to the axis of rotation, and the ball crown is tangent to the valve seat during opening and closing, reducing friction and extending the life of the sealing surface. The rear of the valve core is usually equipped with guide vanes to enhance fluid stability.
Flow path optimization
The straight through valve body design simplifies the flow path, with better flow capacity than single/double seat valves of the same diameter, and weighs only one-third of the latter.
Sealing form
Supports hard sealing (metal/ceramic valve seat) and soft sealing (polytetrafluoroethylene), with a leakage rating of up to ASME B16.104 Grade VI.
2、 Working principle
Opening and closing process: When the valve core rotates, the ball crown disengages from the valve seat (opens), and when it closes, it generates a compressive force through elastic deformation to achieve sealing.
Self cleaning function: The spherical compression valve seat can destroy crystal or particle accumulation, suitable for high viscosity and impurity containing media.
